Estate Administration

When a loved one passes we will work with you to look after all the legal matters arising, in a caring and compassionate manner. Estate administration can be complex. Court orders such as Probate or Letters of Administration are usually needed, a home and other properties need to be transferred, either to a survivor or to beneficiaries, assets need to be collected together and that involves dealing with the likes of the banks, insurance companies and superannuation providers. Government departments have formalities to be completed (such as Inland Revenue and social welfare). We can take care of all of this, or as little of it as you want us to.
