Sean Mason

Principal Solicitor

LLM(Dist) LLB(Hons) BSocSc TEP

Sean Mason has been practicing law in Morrinsville since 2003. He started his own firm, Sean Mason Law, in January 2011.

He has a particular interest in property trusts & estate planning. In 2016 he completed his Master of Laws looking at these interests in particular.

He is a property specialist, accredited by the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society, and is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, a world-wide organisation.

Sean is a keen fisherman, both at sea and in freshwater.

Andrea Mason

Office Manager and Trust Account Administrator

Known for having a dog under her desk, Andrea has a background in business administration having owned her own businesses in the past. Andrea is responsible for office administration and our trust account.

Fiona Baucke

Personal Assistant

Sean’s Personal Assistant, Fiona is responsible for assisting with conveyancing. She has worked in law offices for most of her life, and really understands what people buying and selling homes are going through.

Navdeep Singh

Registered Legal Executive

Navdeep is responsible for assisting Sean with all non-conveyancing files and is an expert in Estate Administration.

Casey-Leigh (Catt) Icke

Catt assists Sean with non-conveyancing files.

Kayla Trusler

Kayla is our receptionist and deeds clerk. She is an expert at electronic filing of documents and file storage.

Kaiser

Our debt collection division. Normally sleeps under Andrea’s desk but is always happy to meet new friends.
